So after getting home last night, from work, at midnight after eating only 2 chicken strips and living off of coffee for two weeks I have finally subcome to the mother of all headaches. It will not go away. I need food soo bad and naturally I forgot my lunch having left the house at 6:30 this morning after only 5 hours of sleep. I get to end today by hosting the senior portfolio award ceremony and grading papers that I have to enter before going to bed. I then get to wake up at 6:00 tomorrow to be in the car by 7:00 so that I can pick up students to take them to Houston for a competition where I will not get any rest nor sleep either. God I'm tired.

So I have decided that Hancock during the scene with the traina and saving the car on the tracks, well sans the alcohol, this the overall attitude of people towards teachers. Now if we were all as drunk as Hancock while working then I would understand at least a bit of their attitude.

So that's right. Janet and I's after the day of the hitch dinner is at the hotel where they filmed the Shining. That's fucking awesome! I told the lady on the phone that I wanted to be served by identical twins who stared at us throughout the meal. Of course I will be dressed in a bunny outfit typing on a old typewritter riding a tricycle/hotwheel.

New Saddle

So MY Baby went shopping for Xmas not really knowing what to buy. So she very intellengently printed out a wish list of which I had two Brooks saddles listed. One was great and the other was not even rational. Well I must say that I'm glad my miss knows nothing about bikes and didn't realise that not rational was really not rational. Sitting atop my seat post now is this baby, the Brooks Titanium Swift black leather saddle. YEAH!!!!!!

Given that I didn't feel bad giving Miss a Frank Lloyd Wright lamp from Aneita Fern. She loves it thank god. Here's a pick of it.

So Miss just stated that she needed to move a lamp next to her bed so that she can read, as the one we had just broke, and as I just bought her one for Christmas, I perked up. In my most stupidist moment I stated "Yeah, you should do that for the next couple of days", there by giving away that yes I did buy her a new lamp for xmas; still she doesn't know where I bought it and there is where the remainer of the surpise lies. Man, I'm hating myself now.

...but Miss bought me a bottle of Blair's After Death Sauce with Chipotle and I was immediately doused in sweat. The worst thing is that it's not even their hottest sauce; only their 3rd hottest.

So I openned the bottle in high expectations and applied a finger jot to my mouth and immediately screamed in joy and pain. I then accidently brushed my finger against my cheek and felt to pain of my skin being scalded. Damn! 15 minutes later it's been an interesting Sunday and I'm still sweating.

WTF! Why isn't Heroes 3 hours long? The flash forwards are killing me. No back story and soo much we don't know about these new characters is driving me crazy. Love it love it. Still can't wait for the next. I am spending all my Janet-free time watching the episode again, as she hates doing that, just to try and figure it out. What is killing me is that there is 3 or more characters who I am not sure on where their allegiance lies and a few more that keep possibly getting duped. GAAAAAAAAAA

ok somebody explain to me why in the extras on kill bill 2 the camera man focuses on robert rodriguez who is obviously is the least talented of the players. Isn't it typical that the big wig up stage the struggling musician which leads to the question is rodriguez really helping the common person in Austin or just himself.

So I just braved riding on the earo bars without the aid of a trainer and it was a success. No falling and I can hold a line still fairly well. I still wobble when getting my water bottle and it's a little weird getting upn out of the saddle for hills and what not up I did it. Turns still are a bit terrifying, but easy and safely I handled them. I did two laps around the lake and felt great. Can't wait for some longer group rides. I love the oh my god looks i get from people when they see the cast. Yea Yea yEAH.
lonecow must ride with me this weekend and we need to talk ragbrai trip.
